    Managed Business Solutions is seeking a Geospatial Architecture Specialist to join our Program Team via the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Lakewood Colorado. Local area candidates will only be considered.


    • Full stack web development experience is critical
    • Experience with application integration (federal application familiarity preferred)
    • Design and implement geospatial data, workflow, and interface architecture.
    • Administration of policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.
    • Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work.
    • Advises users of the various geospatial architecture processes and endeavors.
    • Advises users of the various geospatial databases.
    • Projects long-range requirements for geospatial database administration and design in conjunction with other relevant managers
    • Generate activity and progress reports regarding the geospatial data group and all activities associated.
    • Execute and implement selected geospatial architecture


    • At least 7 years of experience in developing and integrating applications, geospatial preferred
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as, geospatial development, engineering, or geospatial information management
    • Must have 5 years experience utilizing ESRI products.
    • Relevant experience with Python, AML, VBA, or other scripting/GIS application development tools; and experience using file and enterprise geodatabase systems.

    Environment (Working conditions):

    This position will require moving of up to 10 lbs.  This position will be mostly stationary requiring some movement around the office and frequent communication with others. The average working hours will 8 hours per day for this position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
