You’ll work on a project to develop a business case that will be delivered to management at the end of the 10-week engagement through an in-person presentation and Q&A. The business case will take a comprehensive look at Sealaska sponsoring short-term (6 month) job training opportunities at their seafood portfolio companies in the Seattle area. The business case will analyze how a program could be structured and managed, where the employees would be housed, what the screening process look like, how risks will be managed, an outreach communication plan to gauge demand for such a program, and the costs/benefits (hard and soft costs, including social benefits, job skill building, cultural exposure, employee income, etc.).
Degree type sought: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or closely-related degree, or master’s/MBA student working towards a master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or closely-related degree.
