    Sealaska Technical Services (STS) is a critical subcontractor on the N3B Los Alamos LLC team and will be providing program management and technical services in support of the ground & surface water monitoring program at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory.

    STS is a full-service engineering and environmental consulting company with a worldwide reach in the areas of environmental monitoring and remediation, national security, systems engineering, data management and analytics for both federal and commercial customers.     STS is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting a wide range of activities. While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety and security an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.


    • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager

    • Provide support for client and stakeholder meetings, events, and venues including detailed planning, budgeting, and scheduling

    • Perform technical editing of project deliverables prior to submittal to ensure accuracy and completeness

    • Work with production team to ensure that all project deliverables are submitted in the proper format and meet deadlines

    • Work closely with the federal travel coordinator and proactively communicate travel approval status to management and staff

    • Provide support to receive deliverables, invoices and other documentation that triggers payment to subcontractors and vendors

    • Assist team members with expense report processing, including verification of applied charge codes, receipt tracking and verification, and processing using the expense reporting system

    • Provide travel and logistics support for domestic and international travel, including travel itineraries, reservations, and other travel related services

    • Responsible for ensuring the office is being well-maintained, general office equipment is functioning properly and all supplies needed are on hand

    • Responsible for office purchasing and inventory tracking of supplies, equipment and incidental needs of staff

    • Assist in the onboarding for new and incoming staff

    • Other duties as assigned


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable

    • Ability to perform duties and tasks that are varied and complex

    • Ability to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues

    • Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job

    • Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database management experience

    • Ability to complete routine tasks with little direction and work under general supervision for guidance on complex tasks

    • Ability to identify and complete tasks according to priority

    • Ability to work in a team-oriented project environment

    • Familiarity with the LANL site and work environment preferred

    Travel Requirements: Infrequent (<5%) domestic travel may be required
