Sealaska Technical Services (STS) is a critical subcontractor on the N3B Los Alamos LLC team and will be providing program management and technical services in support of the ground & surface water monitoring program at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory.
STS is a full-service engineering and environmental consulting company with a worldwide reach in the areas of environmental monitoring and remediation, national security, systems engineering, data management and analytics for both federal and commercial customers. Sealaska is an Alaska Native Corporation founded in 1972 and established by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
STS is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical or Process Engineer with 5-15 years of experience for immediate employment. Applicants should be a Registered Professional Engineer, New Mexico license preferred, experienced in water remediation system design and operation.
The successful applicant will become a member of our Los Alamos project team providing program management and technical services in support of the groundwater and surface water remediation program at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory. The Process Engineer is expected to lead engineering design and compliance monitoring activities associated with groundwater and surface water remediation, prepare design and permitting documents, and support engineering and construction in a team-oriented project environment.

The project’s mission is to safely and efficiently complete the cleanup of legacy contamination and waste resulting from nuclear weapons development and government-sponsored nuclear research at the Los Alamos National Laboratory site.
