Sealaska Environmental is seeking a Word Processor for our Poulsbo, WA office. Under limited supervision, the Word Processor uses knowledge of varied and advanced functions of a word processing system or software, independently processes complex correspondence and reports from a variety of sources. Produces various documents and format variations through a complete knowledge of all word processing capabilities. Reviews and edits own work. This level is viewed as advanced within the scope of the position.
The Assistant Office Manager provides administrative support to all staff by planning, directing, and coordinating supportive services of the organization. Specific responsibilities may vary, but is generally responsible for handling a variety of administrative matters, such as maintaining a wide variety of records (stored both manually and electronically), verification of data for accuracy and completeness, compiling information, and handling administrative issues and requests; organizing meetings, correspondence with staff; planning and maintaining facilities, and acting as the main point of contact with the landlord. Recommend changes to processes and procedures to improve operations. This role is located in our Poulsbo, WA location.
Sealaska Heritage Institute (SHI) is a regional Alaska Native non-profit organization founded in 1980 by Sealaska Corporation. SHI’s mission is to perpetuate and enhance the culture of the Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian peoples. SHI collects and preserves materials that document the history, culture, heritage, and language of the Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian people of Southeast Alaska and other Alaska Natives, and makes these materials available to the public for educational and research purposes. Our goal is to promote cultural diversity and cross-cultural understanding.
SHI cares for a collection of about 500 ethnographic and art objects according to current museum standards and offers high-quality exhibits in the Nathan Jackson Gallery, a 1950 square foot climate controlled display area. This position has twin responsibilities to curate exhibits and to manage the care and preservation of the collection.

The Software Quality Assurance Tester will help define test activity, test planning, develop test cases, provide defect reporting, perform regression testing, and document results. Related activities include performing integrated testing, functional testing, non-functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will also support User Acceptance Tests (UAT), evaluate software and associated documentation, and participate in formal and informal reviews.
Sealaska Technical Services (STS), LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our growing federal and commercial business operations. STS is a growing, progressive business that provides technology integration and deployment, systems engineering, environmental monitoring/consulting, and construction management services at job sites located around the world. This full-time, salaried/benefited position will serve as a member of the STS senior management team and have responsibility for managing large, complex nuclear nonproliferation/national security and environmental projects. The environmental consulting projects may involve field and laboratory sampling, data collection and analysis protocols, logistical support for field studies, development of relevant analysis and documentation required by Federal and state regulations, most notably the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Endangered Species Act (ESA), literature searches and coordination with Federal, state, and local agencies. Functional responsibilities of this position are described below.

This position is responsible at either a site or country level to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan at assigned domestic or foreign locations. The Construction Manager will manage Health and Safety, QA/QC, local subcontractor performance, interface with key project stakeholders/partner country officials and have ultimate construction execution responsibility depending on the requirements at each site.
