Gain hands-on civil engineering project experience this summer with the Sealaska Technical Services team. As the Civil Engineering Intern, you will learn how civil engineering principles are applied to real projects. Apply your own experience and knowledge to help develop preliminary concepts, and then work with a team to transition those concepts into engineering designs. Your work will help design concrete foundations and steel structures used to support systems and components that are part of radiation detection systems that are deployed around the globe. Ultimately, you will be able to witness the excavation, fabrication, and construction of the designs you help develop this summer.   While this internship can take place in a hybrid setting (partially at the office and partially via telecommute), it is highly preferred that the intern be located in the Richland, WA, area during the summer. You will be working alongside engineering professionals to learn and gain practical experience.
